This a grain-free variation of a bread recipe that uses oatmeal.
1 cup sunflower seeds, 2 cup of ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup ground almond meal, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon sea salt, a pinch of stevia, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or ghee, and 1 1/2 cup water. Mix all ingredients and let sit for 2 to 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes in parchment paper lined glass loaf pan. Then remove the loaf in parchment paper, and bake for 30-40 minutes on the oven rack. Stores for 5 days in the refrigerator, in a tight container. Best toasted in a toaster oven for 15 minutes at 350, and buttered.
